I am a HUGE fan of recipes that hit multiple food groups in one shot. That is why this is one of my favorites! These are so delicious y’all. I use this recipe, but instead of making them cups, I cut them long ways and make them boats. I find it is a little easier to eat them with a fork and knife this way. Throw a couple of these on a plate with a roll or some simple buttered pasta and done! SO simple. Try it yourself and let me know how you guys like them!
